@cmoaicilsccl @JoshiPralhad Hon'ble MoC sri Prahalad Joshi sb, sir,you might be aware of the present situation where Executives of CIL& SCCL have gone below 56%. In mere 10 years, Additional fitment given to NCWA is 43% higher in comparison to PRC- III for executives. violated DPE norms twice by CIL.

@cmoaicilsccl @JoshiPralhad Pay disparity specially 2007 & 2010 batch, who are promoted in executive cadre. Since long they are facing pay anomaly issue. Must be removed and positive instructions from the ministry to CIL management is urgently required. देर आये दुरुस्त आयेI

@cmoaicilsccl @JoshiPralhad Dear sir please remove pay Anomaly between Executives and Non-Executives. DPE guidelines to followed regarding pay revision of Non-Executives. Please start Coal Field Allowance (CFA) for executives once again which was stopped after 2017.

@cmoaicilsccl @JoshiPralhad Today the world eyes on the India because of our continuous growth and the growth rate can not be sustained without the help of CIL. The NCWA- XI 19% MGB increase dissatisfaction and demotivation among the the officers, kindly resolve the issue.
