The best definition of legacy code that I found is this:
Code without thorough testing.
If it has good tests, you can change it without fear.
It doesn't matter if the code was written in the 90s or one month ago.
It's easy to do e2e type-safe APIs with Go and React:
1. Describe the API in a .proto file.
2. Generate code using the protoc compiler.
3. Use the generated code.
Fully type-safe + streaming similar to SSE.
