The caveat is that Pakistan, like most of the world and Muslim nations, accepts the two state solution with pre 1967 borders and Jerusalem as capital of Palestine. Any normalisation for anything less than that is in fact against the said official policy.

So Israel outsources its occupation to Arab armies (particularly UAE) who will serve under command of Viceroy Tony Blair, while the Roy will be the Israeli-American controlled "Global Council". This is neocolonialism in its most egregious form and Pakistan should stay away.
Even if you consider it from cold, unemotional realpolitik angle, there's very little to gain for Pakistan through this while risking alot domestically (and also internationally). There's simply no good reason to get on with the enemy's agenda. Best stick own course.
