"We are the biggest boosters of your industry," Vance says, making clear that the administration wants American technology companies to thrive, but expects them to hire Americans in the process. "You're a great American company, but you've got to hire great American workers."

"He's perverting the words of Jesus, and he's also flouting the U.S. Constitution." A biblical researcher is challenging Texas Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico’s claim that his progressive agenda is rooted in the teachings of Jesus. Just Facts President Jim Agresti argues Talarico is promoting a "perverted version" of Christianity, taking particular issue with his biblical case for taxpayer-funded universal healthcare. Talarico’s campaign pushes back, saying the Christian seminarian remains committed to "the teachings of Jesus Christ" and fighting corruption. The full story digs into the Bible passages at the center of the dispute and Talarico’s previous controversial comments on faith. foxnews.com/politics/exper…

Former DOGE official Tyler Hassen is pushing back on the public image of Elon Musk and the team, offering a sharply different account of what he says actually happened behind closed doors. Hassen says Musk was so consumed with solving problems that he sometimes slept on the floor of a nearby office. He also describes DOGE staff going through thousands of contracts and grants, asking officials to “defend the spend” and explain what was mission critical. Hassen acknowledges DOGE didn’t accomplish everything it set out to do, but argues the experience exposed deeper problems inside government operations. Your immigration status could become part of filing your federal taxes. The Trump administration is moving to require taxpayers claiming certain refundable tax credits to certify whether they meet federal citizenship or immigration eligibility standards. The IRS says the proposal covers the refunded portions of four credits, including the EITC and Child Tax Credit. Treasury argues the rules would stop people who are legally barred from receiving federal public benefits from accessing them through refundable credits. Critics are raising concerns about how immigration information collected through the tax system could ultimately be used. The IRS has already posted its draft 2026 Form 1040 and Schedule 3-A, although draft forms remain subject to change. See the question taxpayers could face and the broader implications: foxnews.com/politics/trump…

Who are these heroes? A race against the flames turns into a remarkable rescue when two Good Samaritans stop and help Florida deputies pull a woman from a burning vehicle. Footage released by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office shows deputies working to free the woman before the two passersby rush in to help. Their assistance proves so “critical” that the sheriff’s office is now trying to track them down to personally thank them and recognize their courage. One person was hospitalized with burns following the crash, while another person in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.

Zach Bryan takes the stage at Robert Kraft’s Gillette Stadium wearing a “Free Palestine” shirt, putting the same message at the center of another high-profile concert moment. The country star wore the shirt during his Friday night stop in Foxborough, just weeks after Kraft confirmed he did not want Macklemore performing at Gillette Stadium following the rapper’s pro-Palestinian remarks during Ed Sheeran’s tour. Macklemore had shouted “Free Palestine” at MetLife Stadium before he was later dropped from Sheeran’s tour. Sheeran said the decision came from the promoter and venues, not him.

EXCLUSIVE: Nolan Wells’ friend details the terrifying moment their boat starts sinking in real time, telling @kayleighmcenany it forced everyone onboard to scramble. “The bilge pump, nothing’s turning on, the battery’s underwater, and the whole boat just shuts off.” Jax Pitalo says the group believes the boat is going to completely sink and starts rushing to get everyone out and back to land. But when Wyatt tells Nolan they have to leave immediately, Nolan makes a different choice. | @SatAmericaFNC

NEW: “Some people said, you know, 'Why was Nolan’s phone on the boat?'” Nolan Wells’ friends address one of the lingering questions surrounding his death, explaining Nolan's phone wasn’t the only one left behind as the group scrambled with a sinking boat. “I really don’t think he was thinking about getting his phone because he was occupied with a girl and a bunch of other people around him,” Warren Hudson tells @kayleighmcenany. The explanation comes as Nolan’s friends detail the frantic moments leading up to the group separating, with Nolan choosing to stay behind and telling them he had a ride back. | @SatAmericaFNC

EXCLUSIVE: Nolan Wells’ friend reveals the moment he decides it’s time to call the Coast Guard. Warren Hudson tells @kayleighmcenany he started asking questions around 10:30 p.m., texting people who were still out there after the group left. No one they contact has heard from Nolan. Hudson says he then called Nolan’s mother around 11 p.m. and decided that, with her approval, he was going to contact the Coast Guard. He also describes speaking personally with a witness who reported seeing Nolan on the island around 6 p.m. @SatAmericaFNC

NEW: A grand jury unanimously finds no credible evidence Nolan Wells’ friends engaged in criminal conduct related to his death. @kayleighmcenany breaks down the finding after 43 witnesses and 132 subpoenas. Their attorney reacts: “But we are grateful to District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath and to the grand jury, for this vindication, this total vindication of these wonderful, wonderful young men.” @SatAmericaFNC

EXCLUSIVE: Nolan Wells’ friends are breaking down the play-by-play timeline of the final hours before he went missing. Around 4:30 p.m., one of the three boats starts taking on water. His friends scramble to pump it out, but the batteries are underwater and the boat shuts down. As everyone prepares to leave, they say Nolan is urged to get on another boat, but he chooses to stay behind with a girl after saying he has a ride back. Hours later, his friends realize no one has heard from him. By around 11 p.m., Warren Hudson calls Nolan’s mother and then the Coast Guard. Nearly 48 hours later, they get the devastating news that Nolan’s body has been found. Watch Nolan’s friends walk @kayleighmcenany through what happened, step by step, in the full exclusive sit-down Saturday on @SatAmericaFNC.
