Ce type d'exercice est intéressant parce qu'il reproduit une séquence d'efforts qu'on retrouve très souvent dans un match à ligne haute façon Flick. un sprint de retour défensif (souvent le plus long et le plus coûteux, avec changement d'orientation et lecture de la trajectoire adverse), suivi presque immédiatement d'un sprint offensif dans l'autre sens pour conclure une action. Il y a donc un vrai sens donné à cette répétions de sprints type RSA Décélération -> récupération du ballon = micro récupération -> second sprint sois fatigue avec action technique à la fin (rester efficace malgré la fatigue) Un sprint isolé sur 30m développe la qualité brute, mais sans le contexte tactique il ne transfère pas forcément à la performance en match, c'est la spécificité de la tâche x.com/FCBarcelona_es…
