Waiting for executive orders from @cbic_india regarding conducting the DPC in the grade of EA & Insp. On the same line where cbic told CCA to follow the 2015RR for promotion to EA grade. OTR given to commissionerate but not implemented in directorates. Just playing with TA/EA
