@curryspcworld @CandyHoover not at all happy with the customer service I have received from both these companies an absolute joke and treated me very badly and don’t follow through when said they will do something. 16 days with a broken washing machine now. 😡

Also have a disabled child as well as 3 other children which I let you know about when I rang up as been nearly two weeks without a washing machine and your customer service staff at candy put the phone down on me. Lovely staff you train up.
@curryspcworld @hoovercandy2 I’ve got candy washing machine only had 11 months which I brought from curry’s. Was meant to have a engineer come out to fix the motor yesterday but didn’t come due to apparently getting the wrong part. Awful customer services from both!Sort it out!
