@shamiltech @Airbnb This is exactly why I don't like @Airbnb. I need to pay $500 a night and still walk on egg shells.
What @airbnb got wrong is they are the only marketplace that demands more from the buyer (guests) than the seller (hosts). Guests paid 15% fee while hosts paid paltry 3%. Guests need to pay cleaning fees, guests need to clean the house and guests need to be careful not to piss off hosts. It has created a class of entitled hosts and it’s the most annoying things about Airbnb. This is so upside down. The entire marketplace needs to shift in favor of guests.

Personal assistants like Muse and Instinct are an example of AI surplus over AI doomerism. An average person has no budget to get a human EA. Now there is an EA in every pocket. These assistants add value without taking away any jobs.
