He’s right. The media is obsessed with USA youth protestors and utterly erasing why they protest.

Here is what HR 6090, which passed the House today does: Criticism of America is allowed. Criticism of Israel is NOT allowed. Your First Amendment rights in this country do not allow for criticism of a foreign nation.
it’s been more than 24 hours and i haven’t seen a single condemnation of this violence from politicians who freaked out about protesters chanting and holding signs

They're removing graduating students and threatening to withhold degrees for wearing a keffiyeh. Unconstitutional doesn't even begin to describe this.

and remember if you hold a sign saying this is wrong the police state will meet you with a billion tax dollars worth of military equipment

In 1986 we occupied the Dean’s office & built a shantytown in @Harvard Yard to force the university to divest from companies profiting from apartheid S. Africa. They threatened us with expulsion. We said, “F*uck you, we won’t do what you tell us.” Students! Thanks for keeping…

Again… why hasn’t this trend been covered in western media
protesting the Palestinian genocide*
UT is using egregious levels of fucking force against students protesting on a lawn, but will have random reports of ppl with machetes, or otherwise assaulting students, and will not give a single fuck
At today’s UT Austin protest, APD sent some officers in their dark navy uniforms, making them harder to tell apart from UTPD. You can distinguish the 2 departments by the seals on their sleeves. Austin’s seal is white, green, & yellow, while UT’s is yellow and burnt orange.

Watching this person talk about being the victim while in the background people are being arrested and dragged with their arms twisted upwards to inflict maximum pain is quite something

take note how they're actively moving and pushing while their arms linked and are not just standing there waiting

Student protesters at @UTAustin are being hit with pepper spray as they attempt to push police and state troopers off campus.
They sent out cops to arrest protestors and cops to shield the arrests from view.

If anyone at UT has any knowledge of who this man is or if he has any affiliation with UT please tell me. Me and @fernandaampl were walking onto campus when he unprovoked started making rude comments and yelling slurs at me.
as you can see, the counterprotesters are feeling so scared and unsafe
@axios AIPAC agents at work.
During my freshman year at UT, a white supremacist group showed up on campus to take pictures and were asked to quietly leave. Apparently this kind of free speech isn’t deserving of State Troopers, it’s only when you peacefully protest a genocide.
Congress is threatening to withhold funding to states and colleges that allow for student protest encampments. REMEMBER that next time the federal government says cant do something bc of states rights. If they wanted to, they would
