In September 2019 @noida_authority cancelled the land allotment of Sector113, but we got this order revoked on 20 Jan 20. Apex Court instructed NA to pass maps but @CeoNoida is ignoring even the Court order. Why @UPGovt never acted against officials who were part of this scam.

@gopalkagarwal The only way to solve this problem is accept wrong doings by past Govt's and unlawful corrupt practices followed by Dev Authorities. Which manipulate accounts all the years to hide their wrongdoing and corruption. Most of receivable shown in balance sheet are wrong.

@gopalkagarwal Instead if white paper, why not share ATR. When in Opposition, in 2016 BJP protested and demanded a CBI prove in affairs of Noida Authority. But all demands forgotten once came to power. The real problem behind construction or no OC despite buyers paying full money is authority.

@gopalkagarwal Can you explain how unacquired lands were sold but never delivered, builders sold flats on those lands money was enjoyed by all parties. How NA/GNA charge penalty & interest on those unacquired lands. Finally ball stops at buyers end. UP Govt need to rectify & accept mistake .
