What really happened after the State Dinner. The lost Xi camera roll has been found.

Apple fired Steve Jobs. He walked into MIT and gave the most honest 60-minute business lecture ever recorded. No PR filter. No image to protect. Just raw thinking from the guy who built Apple once — and was about to do it again. Watch this instead of Netflix tonight. Bookmark it for later

Instead of watching an hour of Netflix, watch this 2 hour hour Stanford lecture will teach you more about how LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude are built than most people working at top AI companies learn in their entire careers.

Every day, we throw away enough to prepare 1 billion meals — while letting 9% of humanity go hungry. We cannot take food for granted. Together, let’s build the zero-waste food systems we need to nourish both people & planet.

Delivering 119 satellites to orbit at once! Falcon 9, which can carry ~20 tons to orbit (with a reusable booster & fairing), is a “heavy” class rocket by conventional standards.

Our ties with India are growing stronger and stronger. Earlier this year, the EU and India concluded a major trade agreement, and the Netherlands and India are developing a strategic partnership that includes defence, water management, innovation and trade. With everything going on in the world at the moment, now is the time to strengthen our cooperation. Prime Minister @narendramodi of India and I discussed this in an introductory phone conversation today. I look forward to welcoming him to the Netherlands soon so we can make further progress on these issues. 🇮🇳🤝🇳🇱

@MinPres

⚡️Starship is the most important machine on Earth because it is the only serious bridge between a trapped species and a spacefaring one. That is the real truth. Everything else is downstream of lift cost. Moon bases, Mars cities, orbital industry, space solar, off world mining,

Deeply saddened by the mishap due to the collapse of a building in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. My thoughts are with the affected people and their families in this difficult hour. May those injured recover at the earliest. An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM @narendramodi

Is this true, @grok?

ELON MUSK: "Space solar actually costs less than terrestrial solar because you don't need heavy glass or framing to protect it from extreme weather events. So as soon as the cost to orbit drops to a low number, it immediately makes extremely compelling sense to put AI in space. It becomes a no brainer. Basically, more of a as you go to space, you get increased economies of scale, and things get easier over time, whereas as you try to put more and more power on the ground, you run out of space and you start using up the easy spots, and then you get next level. Nobody wants the thing in their backyard. So then increasing power on earth has becomes harder over time and more expensive over time, but in space it becomes actually cheaper and easier over time."

Did you know that xAI has developed faster with Grok than all other AI relative to its young age? xAI / Grok is the overall winner in velocity! Here's an example, but it's the same with all other AI companies.
