Average Indian IT fresher salary - 2011 - 3L (6800$) - 2025 - 4L (4500$) 33% drop thanks to INR depreciation from 44 to 88 Indian IT companies increased USD billing rates. But the IT worker pay dropped. And no R&D spend. It’s like feudalism became IT labour arbitrage
