@Carscark1 No, this particular #Encrochat trial has every hallmark of a Kangaroo court where the next stop is a Gulag. It’s literally a process where a judge is screwing with fundamental principles of judicial process in order to push a trial through so the CoA can deal with the mess

#Encrochat Q. FR say messages can't be assigned to wrong IMSI/IMEI combo, is it true? Say FR are right. UK pros will need to explain how messages between 2 other handles got into daily JSON files of another device when it doesn't have the contacts in its data. Was it Tampering?

@Carscark1 There's misleading by omission and ambiguity to hide in plain sight. Infrastructure under their control is operative + NFI stating on record IRCGN "managed to read messages on the #Encrochat server", not their own servers, but servers which are under their control = #Intercept

#Corruption news. This is the same issue in #Encrochat cases. It’s probable issues of misconduct, direct involvement in hack & tampering have been discussed with Gov leading to a PII application being certified at minister level to block disclosures to the defense.

@NCA_UK is taking a similar approach to allowing independent IT experts to inspect the software used to obtain Encrochat evidence. I wonder how many innocent people's lives are ruined due to the use of digital evidence that can't be double-checked or Independently-verified.
