I wanted to cut a student off today from telling a story that had nothing to do with my lesson because we were strapped for time. Then I remembered I might be the only one listening to him today, so I let him keep going. It was a bigger blessing to me than it was to him!

We are in a season....and it will pass. Always remind yourself, when you are in the middle of a season, it can feel overwhelming and never ending. This season will come to an end.

Give yourself permission to relax and do nothing on the weekend. You deserve it and it will improve your mental health.
