A junior asked me once: "Sir, if we can easily prescribe ANTIBIOTICS to clear a bacterial infection, why don't we give ANTIVIRAL for viral infection like the common cold? Why is the treatment always just rest and fluids?"
I am surprised by how many people don't understand the actual cellular biology behind this.
ACCORDING TO PSYCHOLOGY, if you always feel like people don't really like you, it's probably not because they don't. It's because you subconsciously filter out the evidence that they do. It is called
HYPERVIGILANCE. Usually, it comes from being bullied, never fully fitting in, or growing up around constant criticism. Your brain learned to look for rejection before connection.
If this resonates, this account is for you.
TIPS FOR REVERSE AGING:
1. Zero sugar ( swap with fruits)
2. Zero dairy
3. Skip breakfast. Just eat 2 boiled eggs/ fruits/veg
4. Lunch 12pm & dinner 6pm
5. Take probiotic before eat
The older you get, the more you realize luck is mostly exposure. If you sit in the same place, have the same routine, talking to the same people, nothing new really happens. You have to tackle the world to win. Travel more. Talk to people. Try a breakfast spot. Post on social media. Start a side hustle or a hobby.
The world rewards motion. You don't find opportunity sitting still.
The only supplements worth your money before anything else:
- Magnesium glycinate (sleep, cortisol regulation, recovery)
- Vitamin D3 + K2 (hormone production, immunity, insulin sensitivity)
- Omega-3s (inflammation control, brain function, metabolic health)
Everything else is built on top of these three.
Without them locked in, you're optimizing the wrong things.
HOW TO NEVER BE BROKE AGAIN IN YOUR LIFE:
1. Pay yourself first before you pay anyone or anything else.
2. Never spend money you do not have to impress people who do not care.
3. Build an emergency fund of at least 3 to 6 months of expenses first.
4. Track every single rupee you spend without a single exception ever.
5. Avoid consumer debt like it is designed to destroy you because it is.
6. Learn one skill that the market pays well and master it completely.
7. Never upgrade your lifestyle the moment your income goes up slightly.
8. Automate your savings so the decision is never left to your emotions.
9. Read one finance book every single month without fail or excuse.
10. Build a second income stream before you feel comfortable enough to need one.
11. Invest consistently every month even if the amount feels embarrassingly small.
12. Never lend money you cannot afford to lose completely and permanently.
13. Cut subscriptions and expenses that add zero real value to your actual life.
14. Study wealthy people obsessively because success always leaves clear patterns.
15. Remember that getting rich is simple, spend less invest more and never stop.
Not a skincare product, but a basic routine:
1. I started washing my pillowcase and bedsheets more frequently.
2. I stopped sharing my pillow.
3. I started eating more cucumbers, and I drank lemon infused warm water with honey.
4. I use sunscreen even when I'm indoors.
5. I started avoiding exposure to direct sunlight.
6. I stopped poking my face.
7. I avoided sugar and sugary content. Consuming too much sugar can speed up ageing, cause acne, slow healing, cause dull skin. Etc.
8. I exercise and drink water.
9. I became intentional with what I ate. Our skin is, most times, the reflection of what we take in.
10. My face towel is different from my body towel.
Bonus: Skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works perfectly for someone else might not suit your skin at all. Instead of following trends or copying what works for others, focus on understanding your own skin and choosing products that truly work for you.
Not to sound delusional, but please pray for grace. Life isn't really about hard work. It's more about alignment, meeting the right people, grace, mercy, and favour.
After a certain age, your parents slowly become your children. They ask simple questions, repeat stories, and depend on your patience the way you once depended on theirs. Very few understand this role reversal. What looks like innocence or inconvenience is really time coming full circle. Don't correct them harshly. Don't rush them. Care for them the way they once protected you. This is not a burden. It is repayment.
