let's normalize asking questions for clarity instead of moving based on the story you've created in your mind which may or may not be true. clarity preserves relationships. don't ever be too afraid to communicate, there's nothing wrong with wanting clarity.

Everyone warns you about the newborn stage. How you won’t sleep, you’ll be exhausted. No one warns you about toddlerhood. I’ve never been more mentally exhausted and constantly questioning myself on whether or not I was really meant to be a mom

it is draining to engage with people who think I’m arguing or personally attacking them every time I try to solve an issue or express my emotions. it creates mental exhaustion. if someone can’t tolerate you asking clarifying questions and sharing how you feel, keep your distance.

Y’all need to learn what “sensory overload” is! Stop assuming people have attitude or are mad just because they need time alone. Not everyone can constantly be social all day, everyday. Some of us need a few hours alone, without being talked to, touched or bothered, and THATS OK.
