รักตัวเองไม่ง่ายเลย ㅜㅡㅜ แต่ถ้าทำได้แล้ว step ต่อ ๆ ไปมันจะง่ายกว่าเดิมมาก จะแฮปปี้กินอิ่มนอนหลับแบบอธิบายไม่ถูกเลย เริ่มต้นจากการใจดีกับตัวเองให้มาก ๆ แล้วคนอื่นจะมีผลน้อยลงทันทีเลย

จริงๆ นี่ไปเจอคำพูดนึงมา ทำนองว่าไม่เกี่ยวกับว่าจะดีขึ้นไหมหรือเมื่อไหร่ แต่มันอยู่ที่การไม่ปล่อยให้ตัวเองจมดิ่งลงไปเรื่อยๆ (it's about choosing not to spiral) เห็นปุ๊บแล้ว โอ้ นี่แหละอาจจะเป็นคำตอบ

อันนี้ขอเพิ่มเติมว่าเราไม่เคยคิดว่าคำถามไหนโง่เน้อ แต่ว่าสังคมไทยมักจะสอนต่อๆกันมาว่าอย่าถามมาก มันเลยมีคอนเซปของ 'คำถามที่ดูโง่' เกิดขึ้นมาเท่านั้นเอง ไม่ได้หมายความว่าคำถามนั้นโง่จริงๆ ขอยาดยกโควทที่ชอบ

ในฐานะคนทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 6 วันมาตั้งแต่เรียนจบใหม่ๆ แล้วตอนนี้ได้ทำ 5 วัน(WFH ได้ 2 วัน) คือ It’s been a total game changer😭 สุขภาพจิตดีขึ้นเหมือนคนละคน จนอดคิดไม่ได้ว่าปีที่แล้วที่เป็นซึมเศร้าสาเหตุหนึ่งก็น่าจะมาจากทำงานจนไม่ได้ใช้ชีวิต fatigue โคตร งานที่ทำ 6-7 วันควรหมดไปจากโลก
นี่ตัดสินใจ ปิดการเปิดเผยวันเกิดทุกช่องทาง และใจแข็งใครลงสตอรี่แฮปก็แค่ reply ขอบคุณอย่างจริงใจ แต่จะไม่แชร์มาลงสตอรี่ตัวเองและวันเกิดเพื่อนเราก็ไม่แฮปลงสตอรี่ อย่างมากก็แค่ทักไปส่วนตัว 2 ปีที่ผ่านมาพอไม่แฮปคนอื่นคนอื่นก็ไม่แฮปกลับ จบเลยสบายใจ เบื่อที่ต้องลงเยอะๆๆแทบทุกเดือน
