#CURR960_O With an internal evaluation, the personal ramifications could be the loss of personal relationships, danger of losing one's job, or increased tension among colleagues.
#CURR960_O I am not sure whether evaluators are required to present results both orally and in writing. IF the results are provocative, I feel that the results definitely need to be discussed in person.
#CURR960_W Yes; it is the ethical and moral responsibility for evaluators to report all results, positive or negative. Evaluators need to present the results in a way that provides hope and encouragement, focusing on the importance of growth and positive change.
