นี่มะก่อนก็เคยเป็นนะ แบบเครียดนะ ทำไมกัน ทำไมไม่เป็นอย่างที่เราคิดเราคาด พอไปเจอเรื่องสโตอิก ไปศึกษา ไปหาหนังสือมาอ่าน ฟังคนอื่น อ่อ มันหลักการพื้นฐานมากเลยแต่กลับใช้ได้จริง คือ ให้เราทำในสิ่งที่เราควบคุมได้ และปล่อยวางในสิ่งที่เราควบคุมไม่ได้ เพราะการไปพยายามควบคุมในสิ่งที่เราควบคุมไม่ได้ มันทุกข์ เป็นอีกเหตุผลนึงที่เกิดการมู เพราะเหมือนเราฝากสิ่งหนึ่งที่อาจจะมีอำนาจมากกว่าตัวเราไปควบคุมสิ่งที่เราควบคุมไม่ได้นั่นเอง อีกเรื่องคือการอยู่กับปัจจุบัน เพราะอดีตมันย้อนกลัยไปแก้ไขอะไรไม่ได้ และอนาคตที่กังวลก็มักไม่มาถึง เราทำได้แค่เตรียมตัวรับมือตอนนี้ ถ้าทำเต็มที่แล้วคือพอ
คือสโตอิก (Stoicism) เลยล่ะ แบบว่าไม่โทษอะไร ปล่อยวางจากสิ่งที่จัดการไม่ได้ แล้วอยู่กับปัจจุบัน ทำอะไรไม่ได้ก็นอนเล่น ไปดูหนังก่อน เป็นการจัดการตัวเองที่ใครทำแบบนี้ได้ ชีวิตจะง่ายขึ้น
