I really understand when some women say they will not submit to men. Most men today are not worth submitting to. Submission only makes sense when the man is leading. Many men today have no direction. This is how jokers interpret the law. The burden of proof lies on the petitioner who makes the claim, as per the law. Any crime, any allegation, or any claim made before a court needs to be proved by the person making that claim. That is the basic legal principle. But look at this joker’s interpretation! The respondent is unable to prove that he did not commit violence. He did not prove that he is jobless. HOW ON EARTH IS A PERSON SUPPOSED TO PROVE THAT HE DID NOT COMMIT A CRIME? How is a person supposed to prove that he is jobless? What kind of logic is this? The burden of proving an allegation cannot simply be shifted onto the respondent because the petitioner has made a claim. This is insane! I pity the state of the Indian judiciary when orders are passed without properly applying even the basic principles of law. When courts fail to understand the basic structure of the law, how can people expect justice?
