@killroy2222 Because the poor little lambs will cry to millionaire mummy and daddy if the police tell them off and then mummy and daddy will sue the police for hurting Tarquin and Theodores feelings. Taxi drivers are normal hard working people so the police can do whatever they want to them.

For those who try to track international nuclear news. The Chinese EPR that shut down a year ago to investigate a fuel element defect is now operating again. Unfortunately, details have not yet been uncovered. Language barrier?
