Dont create false drama here. Every home buyer has a legal right on his property. And we want plan1 not plan 2 dear NBCC.

I have flat in JP Noida,There are more than 2000 homebuyers who could not file their claims due to various reasons,NBCC has excluded their claims of approximately 1000Cr in their resolution plan,It requires your attention to save these homebuyers.Please help

I was 12 years old in 2011 when my father told me that we are buying our house in Noida #JaypeeInfratech which was to be handed over to us by 2014. It’s 2021 and we still haven’t got our flat. We #homebuyers were patient enough for so many years but it’s high time.
