I am disappointed. Not because promotions are not happening. Rather because ad-hoc promotion can easily be given to all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch according to rules, but @DoPTGoI is not doing that in spite of huge vacancies. @PMOIndia @DoptSecretary #Save_CSS #Promote_CSS_ASO
