Ripe for disruption. Real estate and physical goods in general say of $20k+ let alone $100K+ or $1M. People talk a lot about how crypto solves micro payments but truth is many ways to send a few dollars. It’s the bigger purchases and large transactions where blockchain can win.

It always messes my mind how buying or selling an ETF takes a few tap on my iPhone screen But buying or selling the equal $$$ as a house is a massive ordeal of visiting, real estate agents, talking, meeting, signing documents, visiting a notary, talking to banks for months
