“Do you work well under pressure?” Is this a job that involves real urgencies like an ER or a fire department, or is the pressure manufactured through poor management, uneven workload distribution, and inflated importance at the upper management level?
cancel culture has become less of holding people accountable and letting them make the proper strides to apologize and grow (which she has) and more of a witch hunt just for fun. This was 15 years ago like we all gotta either grow up or die

mind u muslim women woudnt even know what a hijab is if a MAN didnt invent it and put it in a fucking book but they swear its a feminist choice, a MAN told you that ALLAH told you to cover up, and you went YES YES YES!
People get this wrong all the time and think that their boundaries should be acted on by others. If you have a boundary that's not met, you have to be the one to step away. You can't force boundaries on people, you can only remove yourself or move differently if yours aren't met
boundary = I won’t date anyone who drinks not a boundary = you’re dating me so you can’t drink anymore see how that works?

The other option is a rectal ultrasound, more painful and less accuracy so it's still misogyny even if it's standard practice. The social notion of virginity shouldn't have priority over women's health and comfort.
A transvaginal ultrasound might not be scary or painful for you but it is for many other people. I was recommended a tvu a while ago and because of this policy, I didn't have it, which I was personally very thankful for because I started panicking from the moment it was suggested
The concept of subjecting a woman to a less diagnostically clarifying and more painful procedure just to "preserve" the hymen (read: the metaphysical quality of purity somehow indexed in this flimsy bit of membrane)— is utterly medieval in its misogyny.
Fun fact: If a woman has not have penetrative sex, we do transrectal ultrasounds. Otherwise, we do it transvaginally. So if your doctor or if the radtech asks your sexual history, it’s because it’s part of protocol or procedure.
This is just misogyny because transvaginal will always be safer and less painful but doctors feel the need to protect the social idea of Virginity over the patients comfort
Fun fact: If a woman has not have penetrative sex, we do transrectal ultrasounds. Otherwise, we do it transvaginally. So if your doctor or if the radtech asks your sexual history, it’s because it’s part of protocol or procedure.
calling suicide selfish while pretending bringing someone into existence without their consent is inherently selfless is an interesting double standard. i was forced into existence without ever getting a say. i don't want to be here, yet i'm expected to act like life is enjoyable
RIP but always thought suicide is just selfish. There’s always someone to talk to
So you'll refuse to put it in someone's vagina because they haven't had penetrative vaginas sex, but you'll put it in their ass...?
Fun fact: If a woman has not have penetrative sex, we do transrectal ultrasounds. Otherwise, we do it transvaginally. So if your doctor or if the radtech asks your sexual history, it’s because it’s part of protocol or procedure.
You cannot convince me this is not just medical misogyny caused by the hysteria around virginity and being penetrated by a penis. Why is rectal ultrasound even an option here, it’s 100x more painful “But the hymen will break” ok let it break??? It’s supposed to do that??
Fun fact: If a woman has not have penetrative sex, we do transrectal ultrasounds. Otherwise, we do it transvaginally. So if your doctor or if the radtech asks your sexual history, it’s because it’s part of protocol or procedure.
