@WPESupport Hey there, it does not appear to be resolved. I have around 30 sites and most of them are still not working.

@wpengine @WPESupport Can we get an update on the 'email issues' the status page hasn't been updated for almost 12hours now.
@iomart please help! Can someone please do something about my support ticket. You are destroying part of my business. This would never have happened on @Memset_Ltd watch! RIP.
@markbelllondon @iomart @iomart please help! Unhappy customer - See my ticket. I was also a Memset customer.
@Memset_Ltd Thanks for call! Just one service effected now. I appreciate all the hard work. :-)
@Memset_Ltd I appreciate you must be having a tough day, but some services are still offline and i'm unable to log a ticket. #timeouts
@HeartInternet Please escalate ticket number: 1602120391 - I have a big client threaten to pull the contract if this is not resolve asap.
Einstein was right: Scientists detect gravitational waves for the first time mashable.com/2016/02/11/ein… via @mashable
All clients web services are now back online. If your still having trouble email: [email protected]
Web services are returning to normal since the outage yesterday. We still have a handful of issues. Our provider is investigating.
@HeartInternet @edbellamy Only useful if you can access your VPS. I have no access (SSH,WHM,CPANEL,FTP) And no one replying to tickets.
@MartinoNotts @croxton @bathdrummer @HeartInternet You can only find that file via SSH. However like me I can't connect via SSH, CPANEL, WHM
@bathdrummer @HeartInternet Agreed, can't access my VPS, cpanel, WHM at all. This doesn't help at all.
@HeartInternet I have a hybrid server with you, and I can’t access it via ssh, or get to the cpanel or whm panel. I can’t do anything?!
@HeartInternet I have a response to a ticket that I can't even see. Please advise? Maybe just send me an email?
Most client websites and mail are back online now. However a handful of clients are still experiencing issues. heartinternet.uk/blog/a-message…
@pickaweb Maybe guys. We can't even access our backup server with @HeartInternet currently to get our data out.
Except they don't even list all the services that are effected. In that respect the webhostingstatus page is useless x.com/HeartInternet/…
@CatrionaBrand Hi, we're working through affected customers as quickly as we can. Affected services listed here: webhostingstatus.com
@YellowphinWeb @tom_rice @HeartInternet - Still having major issues with websites. Heart this is unacceptable.
