@moesgoi In 2017, then Secretary, MoES said, "UPSC entrants r of different CLASS", when hinted, we received same training as Gr-A of IMD, we r not promoted once in 30 years while Gr-A r in every 3-5 year! Mindset is obvious from CLASS statement! @PMOIndia @DrJitendraSingh
