@dnepo @aneelbhangu @DrJamesGlasbey Safety is important, but there is more to operating at night than safety (economics, workers health, etc). If operating at night has no benefits for the patient, you shouldn’t be operating at night even if it is as safe as operating during the day.

You have to cross the instruments to get a straight 🪢 and need some extra steps. Looks great for some difficult situations, but not for routine use. Prefer to teach this, even when tails are short.
