In the current PTR/Beta build engineers can craft a grenade usable by non-engineers. Assuming the damage is actually relevant and there isn't any major cast time issues this seems like something that could be a staple of M+ and raiding. shadowlands.wowhead.com/spell=310484/n…

I must admit I'm slightly confused by reducing our alert from 4 to 3. Beijing's closing areas with 36 new cases a day. We're opening up when flatlining at 1,000+ cases a day. The R rate's still 0.7 to 0.9. Things aren't increasing, but am I missing data that it's dropping?
