im actually appalled any of you would take what he did so lightly just because he didnt hurt anyone. stop bending your back over, because the law is the the law. at least hold him accountable. he chose to be behind that wheel.

it is a crime regardless of intention or whether he injured anyone or not. if you still think this is a simple mistake, think again and look at the penalties under article 148-2. the penalties are that grave since this matter is not taken lightly in korea.

this is difficult for me but i think alices who still take this lightly, and think that what he committed is not a crime should be educated. under article 44 of korea's road traffic act, the act of driving while intoxicated is a crime in itself. source: elaw.klri.re.kr/eng_service/la…

we all know how much he cares about victon and want them to succeed, but this doesn’t change anything, i am extremely disappointed and i dont feel comfortable talking about him and supporting him, at least not know

i feel like i should say this here, what chan did is unacceptable and i CANNOT defend him or find excuses for him, he KNEW what he was doing he is a grown man and he risked his own life and others, this could’ve ended way worse than it did
