@WeAreLaughin @PhilWMagness Frankly, that’s irrelevant. If Trump has a legal way to enact tariffs that is based in a proper and accurate reading of law, then he should use it and maybe he should have in the first place. Either way, doing so thru illegal means is still illegal.
