It's tough to accept the fact that weight which took 10 years to gain will take more than 10 weeks to lose.
At the airport about to leave for 3 days of business travel; while always challenging, I'm aiming for 3 days of discipline!
One of my favorite things about eating healthy is how I don't feel bogged down at all after a meal; having free day is a good reminder
Week 7 begins today! Free day is behind me and I'm ready to take on the new week with fresh energy. Hoping for another 3lb+ loss this week!

Working on my chili recipe. Lean beef, tons of beans. Fiber and protein powerhouse!!!
Chipotle makes it easy. Just had a bowl with 2x beans, no rice, chicken, steak, lettuce, guac and salsa. So good!
Drinking water is critical to weight loss. I'm targeting 1 gallon per day for optimal balance. Keeps you full too!
I'll post the recipe for this shortly. Chicken Fajitas with avocado spread and frijoles borrachos. Fantastic!
