As part of writing the Equipment system, I added tests along the way. They make sure boosts are calculated properly and equipping triggers expected behaviour.
Not very interesting to look at, but important nonetheless!

Added more Equipment icons & effects. The game now has Elemental Equipment, which increase your damage with or resistance to an element, depending on whether they're equipped to your Weapon or Armor.
Leftmost are the default Elemental icons

I took a break from art this week and instead incorporated the level-up system. Making the icons for all the stats was a fun challenge at such a small scale! Accuracy and Evasion are to-be-added.

I'm still working on updating the combat UI and animations. The player characters now have specific idle animations during combat, which add a lot of personality!

While diving into #yugioh GX Spirit Caller's data, I found the list of forbidden curse words you can't use in (deck) names. It's a whopping 13KB (>4 times longer than all pack descriptions combined)!

Time for #conceptart! In the #indiegame#jrpg Cityfall, you play as birds living in flying cities which (spoiler alert) fall and crash into the ground.
Top-left to bottom-right: 2 shots of a skycity flying, the city falling, and finally the crash.
