Terrible experience at OYO HOTEL Bhubaneswar named Super Hotel O by OYO Cosmopolis Bhubaneswar. The pivlca of this place on OYO is absolutely misleading. Starting from location, everything is wrong about this place. The actual rooms have Just a bed with zero furniture, no intercom, dirtiest sheets with cigarette burns in them, dirty toilets, list is endless. This is not a hotel, just a building with garage serving as front desk. Terribly terribly dirty. And this is under OYO whom millions of ppl like me trust! Had to leave the hotel in 4-5 hours to pay for another hotel where we ended up staying today. At night, Called OYO customer care but surprised to see no result - instead the customer care personnel kind of blamed us for not taking photos. We were six people with 3 senior citizen and 1 child and this is seriously not done. Date of stay: 2nd October 2026. Rooms: 203, 205; Check in time: 12:30-1 pm; check out time: 5:35 p.m. Request @riteshagar to look into the matter and at least arrange for the refund please. Also please dont spoil OYO name by having these kind of places under your umbrella. @OYO_Help⁠, ⁠@OYOrooms, @riteshagar, ⁠@jagograhakjagori
