We are aware of a fault with call diversion services. This is a nationwide issue and is being treated as a priority with Openreach today.
We believe there to be an outage with one of our VoIP carriers. Call quality is poor, voice clipping or no service at all.
This outage was resolved at 5:30pm on 3rd July 2017. All lines are back up and running.

We have narrowed the outage down to Aberdeen and Dundee.
