Hey @DoorDash_Help @DoorDash what’s the point of a drop off code if your Dashers don’t need them to be able to drop off the food? I spent $60 on food and didn’t receive it. The Dasher didn’t leave a picture or receive my code. Customer service denying me. Help please

@DoorDash_Help @DoorDash I placed an order via DoorDash on acme. I received someone else’s order. I sent proof of the things I received and also the dasher took a pic of the delivered groceries. It’s clearly not my order. I’ve talked to supervisors and told I can’t have a refund

@DoorDash_Help @DoorDash I made a grocery order from Aldi via door dash. 4 products are missing, your customer service won’t refund me or redeliver. What gives??

@Xxxxxx____xxx12 @BabyTrend Omg!! I ordered through their website last year and had the worst time getting a hold of someone to handle my problem. Had to dispute with PayPal. This company sucks, I hope you get your money back

@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help received the totally wrong order but because my receipt is stapled on the bag, your customer service won’t give me a refund or redelivery. Send help
