@VirginAtlantic 2. 3 attempts to get WiFi on tonight's flight equals £41.98 'lost' -totalling £120 - this may seem an I signaficant amount to you - unfortunately to me not so. Put this together with the frustrations of flying with reduced service due to 'Covid' and I'm sure one can understand!

@virginatlantic - you are actually just fucking thieves - 3 different payments for WiFi - such a coninciendence that each time I pay I get access - £63 in total bit one has work to do - bow your heads in shame - doubt that'll ever happen

@VirginAtlantic 1. Hi Rob - so my message was improper - apologies. But how does one get reply from your esteemed company? The last time I flew (April) I tried upgrading to Delight - you happily took my money - twice - but no upgrade - £80 you owe me - and yes I've spoken to team members.

@FlySafair so after a few weeks of successfully price gouging you feel that it's now OK for passengers queuing at ORTIA to have to bend under bars to join the queue, not a staff member in sight and total chaos between priority and normal boarding - welcome to the new normal
