Productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about protecting your time. Block 4 hours of maker time, delegate ruthlessly, cap calls, get an EA, and separate learning from working. Your job isn’t to row the boat, it’s to steer it. What would you add?
Your logo isn't the problem. Your lack of a compelling offer is. Talk to 100 people a day, sell something they actually want, and you'll realize: nobody cares what's on the t-shirt.
Your business doesn’t fail because of your offer. It fails because you chose the wrong people. Find your people first. Pick the audience you actually enjoy serving, study what they need, then build your offer around them. Hating your clients is the fastest way to quit.
You're the reason your business isn't growing. Until you document and delegate the work that keeps you busy, you'll never have time to do the work that makes you rich: strategy, direction, growth.
Starting a business isn’t complicated: 1. Pick an offer people actually pay for (that you enjoy). 2. Skip the branding rabbit hole. 3. Talk to 100 people a day. If you don’t have a network, build one. Do that for a decade and “competition” won’t be your problem.

If you want to get paid more, become worth more. Overdeliver, build simple systems, ship fast. Make yourself so useful they can't ignore you. Income follows value, not complaints.
Working less can grow your business faster. The real flex isn't busyness, it's control. Hire great people, focus on systems and strategy, and make the business work without you. The less it needs you, the bigger it can get.
If you don’t have enough clients, you don’t need a new funnel. You need a 15-minute habit: talk to 3 people a day about what you do. 3 DMs, comments or voice notes. Do it for 30 days and watch your pipeline fill with clients.
If I made 2K at a job I hated, here's my exit plan: Block 60–90 min/day as “exit time”, learn and build skills, start income outside work, cut subs + impulse buys, and invest in tools. Run this for 12–36 months, and that job becomes optional.
In 2025, AI isn’t optional. Record your face/voice, let Sora 2 make ads, clone your voice, upload your knowledge, send traffic to a landing page + let AI chat/call bots close leads. This isn’t the future, it’s now. Automate your business or get left behind.
