Kettlebell workout for effective whole-body results

Amazon has 180 million Prime members in the United States alone, each one paying $139 a year, and Amazon is quietly betting that the overwhelming majority of them will only ever use that membership for exactly one thing: free two-day shipping on packages. Nothing more than that, year after year, renewal after renewal, without a single person at Amazon ever sitting them down and explaining what else that annual fee is actually paying for. One guy knows otherwise, because it was literally his job to know. He worked Amazon customer service for four full years, specifically fielding billing and membership questions, and in that time he personally handled thousands of calls that all circled back to some version of the exact same confused question: "what do I even get for $139 a year, besides shipping?" He told me something last week that should genuinely change how you use your membership starting tonight, not next month, not whenever you remember. "Every single complaint I handled for four years came down to the same 10 Prime benefits nobody ever activates. Not because the benefits don't exist. Because Amazon buries them so effectively behind a shipping-first homepage that most members genuinely never discover half of what they're already paying for, sometimes for years at a stretch, sometimes for the entire length of their membership." Here are 10 Amazon Prime benefits you're already paying for and almost certainly never use 🧵

This doxxing toolkit is best kept away from anyone you're on bad terms with. Fish Bro dug out the cyberpolice's playbook for tracking people—five free and open-source tools that cover digging up info on individuals, companies, and devices, basically hitting every scenario you can think of. Just to be clear upfront: this isn't for you to go prying into others' lives. I'm sharing it so you can use it to protect yourself. Each of the five tools has its own lane—I'll lay out the links and what they're for, one by one: 1️⃣ Blackbird (7.3k Stars): Searches by username or email across 600+ platforms, then lets you generate a free AI-powered profile summary in PDF format. If you're just starting out, play with this one first. 🔗 github.com/p1ngul1n0/blac… 2️⃣ Maigret (35.6k Stars): The advanced edition for username-based digging, covering 3,000+ platforms. Its killer feature is recursive chasing—if it spots your alt account on another site, it'll drill down with that one, all the way to the bottom. 🔗 github.com/soxoj/maigret 3️⃣ SpiderFoot (22k Stars): The heavy artillery—handles phone numbers, emails, domains, IPs, with 200+ modules firing at once to uncover data breaches, dark web hits, subdomains, and more. Wraps it up with a visual relationship map. 🔗 github.com/smicallef/spid… 4️⃣ theHarvester (17k Stars): Feed it a domain, and it auto-pulls company employee emails, subdomains, IPs, and URLs in bulk from 40+ sources like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and DNS records. Your go-to for company checks. 🔗 github.com/laramies/theHa… 5️⃣ Shodan Python (2.4k Stars): Shodan's like Google for devices, scanning the whole web for exposed cams, routers, servers, and industrial control systems. This library lets you query its database with code. 🔗 github.com/achillean/shod… Truth be told, plenty of small companies' NAS drives, cameras, and printers are running default configs with factory passwords untouched—Shodan sniffs 'em out in a flash. You might think you're locked down tight, but way more leaks out than you'd guess. Run it on yourself first to see exactly what's exposed—that's step one. Good stuff—pass it to the homies who can use it.

The only workout you need for core strength

Met a guy at a strip club in Atlanta who said he's never had a job in his life Thought he was a drug dealer. He pulled out his phone and showed me a Chase business checking account with $940,000 in deposits for the year He buys and sells government surplus The US military throws away $7 billion worth of usable equipment every year. Humvees, generators, forklifts, tool sets, office furniture, shipping containers, medical equipment, clothing by the ton. It gets classified as "surplus," moved to a warehouse, and auctioned to the public for pennies The website is govplanet . com. Also govdeals . com and publicsurplus . com Last month's receipts from his phone: 3 military diesel generators: bought for $4,200 total, sold to a contractor in Nigeria for $28,000 40-foot shipping container from a Navy base: bought for $2,800, sold on Facebook Marketplace to a farmer for $6,200 Lot of 200 military-grade sleeping bags: bought for $640, sold on eBay in individual listings at $45 each = $9,000 Pallets of MREs (Meals Ready to Eat, not expired): bought for $1,100, sold on Amazon FBA in cases of 12 for $89 each = $12,400 total Used HMMWV (Humvee) titled for road use: bought for $8,500, sold to a rancher in Texas for $24,000 Gross margin across his operation: 55-70% He finds auctions ending in the next 48 hours, bids on items with low competition (the key is categories most resellers ignore: medical, industrial, and construction), wins at wholesale, and either ships directly to the buyer or stages at a rented yard His startup cost: an LLC, a $2,500 box truck he bought at a different government auction, and $15,000 in 0% business credit cards for his first round of purchases He funds every auction buy on 0% cards. Wins the lot on Monday, lists it on Tuesday, sells by Friday, pays the card from revenue. Card utilization cycles between 0% and 30% and resets every week. Score stays above 750 because the money moves fast enough that statement balances are always low He now runs 60,000-90,000/month through the cards, earns 2% cash back on all of it (1,200-1,800/month in free rewards), and hasn't paid a dollar in interest since he started His biggest single flip: a decommissioned ambulance with 40,000 miles. Bought at a county surplus auction for $6,100. Stripped the medical equipment (sold separately for $3,400). Sold the van to a guy converting it into a camper for $19,000. Total revenue: $22,400 on a $6,100 buy. Same day listing, sold in 9 days "why don't more people do this" Because the auction sites look like they were built in 2004, the listings are written in military jargon nobody understands, pickup locations are on active bases that require paperwork, and most items don't ship, you drive there and load them yourself Every barrier to entry is a barrier keeping your competition out. The guy who's willing to drive a rented flatbed to Fort Hood on a Wednesday and load 3 generators in the rain makes $24,000 on a trip that scared everyone else away met him at a strip club tipping twenties and his entire net worth was built on garbage the government didn't want anymore lmfaooo (we get 700+ score business owners 100K-250K in 0% business credit. what you buy with it is your move. link in bio)

testosterone INCREASED 44% in men who took this peptide. kisspeptin-10. it works one level above everything TRT targets. your hypothalamus releases it, it tells the pituitary to release LH, LH tells the testes to make testosterone. it's the signal that starts the chain. IV infusion for 22.5 hours in healthy men: LH from 5.4 to 20.8. testosterone from 16.6 to 24.0 nmol/L. (PMID: 21632807) TRT shuts that system down. this turns it up. then 2023, JAMA. 32 men with low desire and normal testosterone. randomised, placebo-controlled, fMRI. it changed activity in the sexual brain network and increased arousal — in men whose hormones were already fine. the limits: every study was an IV infusion in a hospital. nobody has shown a shot at home does the same. more in the replies ↓
