@CoachGeralds I loved seeing them work together and give it their all. The coaching staff wasn’t holding anything back either! Thanks for all you do.

Coach Geralds: I’m not a coach but I know a good one when I see one! Great job last night vs Cumberland County! Awesome job! @CoachGeralds

@jayCMkay I simply wanted teachers’ perspectives of what I could do as a principal to make life better for my staff. How does that make me a bad principal? As a teacher I would often ask my students for their input in how to make my classroom more user friendly.

@jayCMkay Exactly what I expected. Y’all want to criticize but won’t help with a solution. I sincerely asked for help and this is what I get. Most of us want to help but all we here is criticism.

@heymrsbond Principal here…What could I do for my staff tomorrow morning to help nurture them? I send emails instead of meetings. I try to take as much off of them as I can. I need ideas. Please help.

@coachwwilliams @heymrsbond @mskimmel Yes! I’m willing to use some of their good ideas….but I hear nothing. I’m a stressed out principal looking for help.
