Thank you Ms. Lopez for coming in to our classroom and reading #whitesocksonly to my third graders. They loved the story and the activity that went with it. Can’t wait to post all the words they came up with. instagram.com/p/CZqBWPLPccQ/…

It’s important for me to create an experience for our Ss during their library visit. We connected the work of MLK with a book about appreciating the beauty that surrounds us, “Last Stop on Market Street.” @mattdelapena The butterfly women is my favorite! @ColtonJUSD #birneyproud

Today the @alicebirney bears 🐻 got to take a trip to our school library. They learned the library expectations and procedures. They also got to hear a lovely story read aloud by our amazing librarian Mrs. Rich. instagram.com/p/CXSK7YjJDhL/…
