@AmericanAir flight 5445 is currently going back to gate because you’re shitty ass maintenance guys didn’t finish their fucking paper work and visual last night. Now we are delayed which will ruin the rest of the days flights for everyone else. FIRE THEM!

@AmericanAir had a flight issue. We had to deplane, uncertainty on if we were going to take off. The crew had us moved to another plane quickly. While a bad issue, this was a quick and easy resolution. Thank you to the crew on the plane and at @BostonLogan .

Terrible w/ @AmericanAir.The app failed leaving me having to check in on line- after boarding began. Gave my first class seat away and told me I need to show up earlier in case I need to check in at the front, threw a ticket at me and told me too bad. Maybe @Delta gets my biz

@AmericanAir Can you please tell me why is it so hard it is to get a proper response from your customer service team. I’ve asked twice to be escalated and twice I’ve gotten the boiler plate response. I’m flying AA again tomorrow, but I guess it’s time to go back to friendly skies for me.

@AmericanAir I was stuck on the plane for 40+ minutes because of the ill timed alloted for planes!!! I missed my connecting flight due to this and your staff had absolutely little remorse!!! Will not be flying again!

@AmericanAir Surprise, my rebooking is now 30 minutes late in boarding. I should already be in bed and yet I’m still multiple hours from my destination. How anyone is supposed to think this is ok is beyond me. If I provided service at this level my clients would expect some recompense.

@AmericanAir I used miles to get my friend to BRU thru LHR. His flight from RDU to LHR has been delayed for hrs. You are now bringing a plane in from CLT to replace a plane with mechanical issues. He is not going arrive in BRU until 9pm missing his mtg. I’m so embarrassed. Help!

@AmericanAir After waiting 11 hours at the DFW airport to be re-booked, I’ve arrived in Mobile, AL. No one is at the American Airlines counter to help with retrieving my bags that made the 10:04am flight! This is legitimately the worst airline experience I’ve ever had. Spirit is better!

@AmericanAir my flight, that was supposed to land at 10pm, finally landed at 2am. all passengers aboard were forced to stay on the plane for 3hrs at MIA… and all we were given was water, biscoff cookies and thanks for our patience. 0/10 experience.

@AmericanAir Y’all ever gonna stop raping is Exec Platinums when we want to fly with our pet who we never see because we’re always in a hotel or plane? 242 nights last year in Marriott alone. But I’m done paying $150 each way to have my cat! This arbitrary fee is BS!
