@TxTxathlete42 @AmericanAir @Nero Why would you even continue flying on them? If a flight attendant ever refused me access wrongfully to a bathroom, I would file a complaint and if they didn’t rectify the situation appropriately, I’d never let them see another dollar.

@AmericanAir cancelled my flight due to "weather" and wanted to leave me stranded at my connection in Dallas for 2 days. Since I was unwilling to spend 2 days in Dallas with no compensation, I had to cancel the whole trip. Now they won't refund me, only give me flight credit

Hey @AmericanAir I've been sitting at ORD for a few hours and have no idea what time flight AA 1875 is going to depart. Any updates? We're going to miss our connection because of an electronic passenger log issue. This is unacceptable and shouldn't happen

Another delay @AmericanAir . Flight #402. Pilot just announced some electrical issues that need to be addressed creating some manual operations that will delay us. Some day I pray I get to fly on an on time American Airlines flight.

@AmericanAir my flight is too delayed to continue on this reservation. I'm eligible for a refund but the process is failing. Plus, what happens to my bags? Will they continue to the destination?

Imagine paying for a flight to do business only to have bonehead airlines aka @AmericanAir cause you to miss your connection, put you in a smelly hotel room, only provide $12 for food overnight, and then delay your rebooked flight indefinitely. REDEEM YOURSELF!!!

@AmericanAir has the perfect business plan.. Overbook or have “maintenance” before every flight causing people to rebook later and give them no compensation for the utter lack of care. and then go on your merry way like nothing happened. EVERY TIME. @AmericanAir is getting worse

A month ago @AmericanAir delayed my flight for 26 hours and put me in an hotel with bedbugs. Now they are refusing to reimburse me for the clothes I had to buy for the flight the next day as my luggage was likely contaminated from being opened on top of the infected carpet.

@AmericanAir - How do you have a flight without a pilot? Flight AA0505 service to Mexico City. The flight was weather delayed and then the pilot went missing… Waiting over an hour for a pilot. Unacceptable.

@AmericanAir I’m standing at the luggage office in HOU. It is closed, dark and locked. How am I supposed to retrieve it? I’ve had them paged 3 times. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Please send someone to the office. I don’t have all day to stand and wait.

@AmericanAir how does an airline based in DFW delay an already 2+ hour delayed flight due to a flight attendant missing? I would assume stand bys would be at the airport but guess not. Does AA care about rolled time? AA1805.

@AmericanAir I’m on AA6543, today, 22-Sep-2025. Bus service w/Landline. The instructions to access WiFi are not correct. I was not able to connect using my phone or computer. Also, outlets for power on the bus were not working. I think this is bad service. @ridelandline

@DamienHaas @AmericanAir I was, but they broke my luggage and then delivered someone else's luggage to my apartment so
