@Cleartrip @Cleartrip - With all of our communication on Case ID : 19588686 over the last 25 days, and your NON ACTION on the same, do I need to approach consumer court for redressal and compensation for my finances and MENTAL PEACE?
Very unhappy with @Cleartrip customer support: my payment (Case ID: 19588686) has not been refunded after 19 days, despite assurance that it would be done in 8-10 days. Contacted customer support 6 times- they are always "looking into it" without concrete commitments. Terrible.

@Cleartrip Appreciate your response, but please bear in mind that I have been patiently waiting for a lot longer than expected.
Worse, they haven't been acknowledging or responding to emails. Being forced to call and wait for ages for customer service representative to be allotted- who again put me on wait, and then say they will "flag the issue". Asked them what they did last time- silence from them. :/
@Artifexx Are you genuinely this optimistic about a changing landscape? I think publishers will move quicker than researchers, and turn the tables on us. As for shortcuts to cross-disciplinary/ imaginative work, those could lead to good things, but also to a lot of garbage results.
