Diumenge vaig anar a la MarranaSkyRace ( 03:27:34⏱️) 23km amb els seus +1.980mD positius amb una situació climatologica molt dura amb rafegues de vent, boira i molt fred. Tot i això vaig disfrutar moltissim i vaig aconseguir una 17a posicio de 267.
Aquest cap de setmana va acabar l'ultima prova de la Vall D’aro Circuit series i amb la sorpresa d'acabar 2n a la GENERAL, mai no m'ho hagués imaginat 🤟🏾 Seguim a per més i mirant el gran objectiu de l’any !
Ahir cursa nocturna per primera vegada, anar practicant per les Ultres que vindran… tot i corre de nit quina caldaaa 🥵 Dins el Top20 14km | 01:05:56 | 5:06’/km | +300mD Despres de temps de esforç i constancia el canvi fisic es nota, de 130kg a 83 🤟🏾
