Knew I shouldn’t of done @Morrisons food to order again. They always mess up.. have a party to cater for in 4 days and half my items have been removed from my order and apparently it’s my fault... awful service

Now @ZARACare telling me I have received it but I haven’t! Why would I get a missed parcel receipt and texts/email to say missed delivery and @ZARA trying to say it’s been delivered?!!! Doesn’t make sense to me!!

Ordered over £200 worth of @ZARA clothing weeks ago. Was supposed to be delivered 22nd September. I missed it & rearranged for Tuesday the 25th. Didn’t come so tracked it and said it was delivered Friday! Even though I have missed parcel receipt & hasn’t been delivered @ZARACare

How can zara say I’ve received my parcel when I got a missed parcel card and an email to say I missed delivery yet they are saying I’ve received it?!! Makes no sense to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ @ZARA @ZARACare
