My baby is gone y’all. RIP to my everything.
My Grandma is back home under hospice care. I’m not ready for her to leave but what’s important is that she is ready whenever the time comes. She’s been a good & faithful servant. I just want to hold her hand and tell her that I love her as many times as I can before she leaves.
