Several AION communities were recently featured in the New Jersey Apartment Association's September/October edition of AIM Magazine - check out pages 10-13 for information about Burlington Pointe, Joralemon, Overlook at Flanders, and The Harrison!

During the month of August, AION residents and clients participated in a school supply drive to benefit Cradles to Crayons, and the results are astonishing. The entire AION team would like to thank everyone for their generous support!

Over the past two days, our Real Estate Managers have participated in a budget boot camp, prepping for 2019! Great ideas were shared, friendships built, and guest speaker Paul Cohen shared knowledge of the ever changing multifamily legal landscape. Good work, team!
