Sat in on a Y8 art lesson today as part of my coaching experience @Manor_School and didn’t want to leave. So impressed with the teacher’s expert modelling through a pre-recorded demo and live drawing / explanation. Students felt empowered to deliver & so did I! 👀

Reading Catcher in the Rye to my Year 10s today and had to stop mid chapter 8 so we could all crack up; Holden, with a bloody nose, chatting up his classmate’s mum on a train... it’s such a joy to read to a class and hear them laughing at a story’s quirks. ❤️
