You have deffinetely heard the “strong mind, strong body” type of sayings. They are all true but keep in mind that the opposite is of great importance. A strong body, provided with the right nutrition is in the basis of your mental stability.

My brother and I promised to never run away from the hardships in our lives. You don’t grow while staying in your comfort zone. You can only better yourself after a struggle and effort.

In modern days scientists are making a huge progress treating metabolic diseases. And you find yourself sitting on the couch, shoving pizza down your throat, waiting for them to give you the cure. When you simply have to realise that food and your lifestyle are the answer.

My brother and I made a promise to ignore the white noise and focus on the right information for our growth. You can’t imagine the change we have gone through if you don’t try it.

That is why you shouldn’t be judging by “authenticity” and “uniqueness”. All you can do is assemble the fundamental truths and the trustworthy speculations and create a stable and helpfull view of the world and your surroundings.

An idea you think you had might have been put in your head weeks, months or years ago or it might be just a mixture of several different concepts. We still don’t know for sure whether we have “free will” or not.

We oftend tend to look for “authenticity” or “uniqueness” in thoughts, in people, in concepts. But what we have difficulty realising is that we are heavily (if not entirely) influenced by nature, people, the news, music and basically everything surrounding us.

@ipb_media All men are not born equal, have evolved differently and have been raised differently. “Fairness” and “equallity” are imaginary concepts, made to make us more humble and obedient. Don’t fall into that trap, people.

If you cannot explain something saying what it is, try explaining what it is not. (via negativa approach) So for those of you who are not sure what they want out of life, Try figuring out what you don’t want. Doing this will help you more than you can imagine.

It is astounding how much of your behavior and physical capacities you can explain from an evolutionary standpoint. Be interested in your origins, apes.

You know you are in the presence of a true Alpha, when you feel completely at ease around them. All your problems melt away. The Alpha has a glow that will make the weakest people realize their true strengths. That's what being a leader of people is all about.

My step father on the other hand stayed almost neutral. I guess it was hard to believe his daughter is capable of this behavior. I guess he was blind out of love. I dont blame him.
